Purpose:
To ensure active participation and minimise dropout rates.

Scope:
All learners enrolled in Gratis University programmes.

Policy Details:

• Engagement checkpoints occur once per month to verify active participation.
• Students must complete assigned projects or discussions each month to maintain enrolment.
• Non-participation for one month without prior notice leads to automatic withdrawal.
• Students may defer studies upon request and payment of the deferment administrative fee.
