Board of Governors, Executive Team, and all leadership committees.

Policy Details:

• Gratis University is governed by the Governaning Council and the Academic & Quality Assurance Board.
• Strategic direction and oversight sit with the Governing Council.
• The Academic & Quality Assurance Board manages day-to-day operations and reports quarterly to the Council.
• All decisions must align with our mission of providing tuition-free, outcome-based education.
