9. Is Gratis University really free?
Yes! All courses, learning materials, and lectures are tuition-free. You only pay a monthly administrative fee of N15,000 (Nigerians) or $20 (others) to maintain access to resources and support.

10. Are there any fees for programme completion documents?
No, students obtain official programme completion documents at no cost. These documents are issued digitally and serve as evidence of course completion and earned credentials..


13. What happens if I take a break from studies?
If you need a break, submit a study deferment request and pay the associated fee. Inactive students without an approved deferment may be removed from the system after one month.

14. What if I fail a course?
Learners who do not meet the course requirements may retake assessments for a small fee. Repeated failures may result in academic counselling or withdrawal from the programme.

15. Can I switch programmes?
Yes, but you must submit a programme change application and pay a small administrative fee.
