Financial Aid & Hardship Support Policy

To ensure that financial hardship does not stop committed students from completing their programmes.

Scope:
Applies to enrolled students who demonstrate genuine financial need.

Policy Details:

• Students may apply for temporary waiver or reduction of administrative fees.
• Evidence of hardship may be required (self-declaration, documentation, etc.).
• Support is awarded for 1 month at a time.
• Decisions are based on need, engagement history, and available resources.
• Misrepresentation of information will result in immediate dismissal.
