Applies to faculty, mentors, reviewers, staff, and students holding leadership roles.

Policy Details:

• Disclose any potential conflict that may influence academic or administrative decisions.
• Mentors cannot assess work for students with whom they have a personal or financial relationship.
• Staff must not use university resources for personal gain.
• Any unresolved conflict must be escalated to the Governance Office.
• Failure to disclose conflicts may lead to disciplinary action.
