Plain-Language Summary:
Gratis University is a safe online community. Harassment, bullying, or abusive behaviour is not tolerated.

Purpose:
To protect students and staff from harassment and maintain a respectful learning environment.

Scope:
Applies to all communication on the LMS, social media groups, email, live sessions, and forums.

Policy Details:

• Zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination.
• Students must communicate respectfully in all digital spaces.
• Reported cases are investigated promptly and confidentially.
• Consequences include warnings, suspension, or permanent expulsion.
• Cyberbullying and unauthorised sharing of personal information are strictly prohibited.
