1. Admin Fee

• All applicants must pay the first month's Admin Fee (N15,000 or $25) before they apply.
• This ensures that only those who are serious about their education apply.

2. Applying to the University

• Applicants must submit an application at gratisuniversity.org/apply

3. Video Interview Submission

• Applicants must submit a short video alongside their application where they:
  • Introduce themselves.Explain their motivation for applying.
  • Discuss how they plan to use their education to impact their field or community.
• This ensures that students are genuine, motivated, and capable of independent learning and that we have their intensions documented in our database - this can help us to provide personalized advise as needed.

4. Identity Verification

• Applicants will undergo an identity verification check to ensure authenticity and prevent multiple fraudulent applications. Additionally, the verification may also help us to provide customized career-enhancing services to them.

5. Final Review and Enrolment by the Admissions Committee

• The Admissions Office will review all submissions and grant access to learning resources.
